LG Has Launched Its New Products In Pakistan

On December 12, 2014 LG has launched it's new products in the event which took place in Lahore. LG's spokesperson has announced the availability of it's new Battery TV Plus along with The Ultra HD(4K) tv in Pakistan in the coming year 2015, further more webOS powered LED TV's were displayed along with the ultra hd tv's which won the hearts of so many people there, although in my honest opinion ultra hd in Pakistan is not really effective or essential as the country lacks sources which provides ultra hd unless you have an internet connection which is capable of streaming 4K videos.

Although a lot of products were displayed and launched on that particular day but I'm going to review few of them in this post which are LG LB6520 featuring webOS for the first time in Pakistan and The LG Battery TV Plus.

LG LB6520

LG LB6520 is a Smart 3D tv which features the award winning WebOs operating system along with 120Hz clear motion technology which lets you enjoy every bit of your movie without any blurring or fading.

LG Battery TV PLUS

LG Battery TV PLUS
This event was organised mainly for the purpose of featuring the LG's new Battery TV Plus which is essential in the countries which lacks electricity. The TV can function for approximately 1 hour 30 min on its battery which charges automatically while connected with electricity. This TV is powered with IPS Panel along with few other features like Time Machine which allows you to record your live streaming shows. In my opinion if you're in Pakistan this is TV is a must buy.

Where To Buy LG Products In Pakistan

If you're living in Pakistan and you want to buy genuine products this is the first question which arises in your brain as it's hard to identify between the Original and Copy so it's better to get your LG Products from LG Brand Shops, below is the list containing contacts and address of all of the LG Brand Shops in Pakistan.

How To Map Domain Name With Blogger

This tutorial is about how to map your godaddy domain with blogger however the same is the way to map your domain in order for it to work with your blog. If you'd not yet bought a domain, I would suggest you to get one from GoDaddy as it's biggest and the best domain registrar. GoDaddy holds 1st place for domain selling for many years, however if you already own a custom domain name then follow the steps below to connect it with your blog.

Part 1: Domain Verification.

  6. Leave this tab opened.

Part 2: Altering GoDaddy Domain Settings.

  1. Login to your GoDaddy account.
  2. Navigate to domains management.
  3. Open your preferred domain name.
  4. Click on the DNS Zone File.
  5. Click the Edit button.

Setting Up A Records:

You need to simply add four IP's in A Record in this part. Follow the following steps;
  1. Click on Quick Edit button of A Record.

How I Persuaded PayPal To Release My Funds

On July 21, 2014 when I was informed that my PayPal account is limited and I'd to submit few documents to uplift the limits, I though that it's normal and they are looking for these documents all the way from the start, from the day I opened my account. Few hours after going through the mail, I opened up my PayPal account and submitted all the required information and the documents, I was told that they may take 12-24 hours to respond to the stuff I'd provided, but it was quick, within 20 minutes I received another email from PayPal stating that,:
Dear Meesum Raza,
Important information:
We regret to inform you that we’re initiating the closure of your PayPal
account because of certain activity that took place relating to your
account. This measure is necessary to protect us from potential financial
losses.
Your right to appeal:
We always perform a thorough investigation before deciding to initiate the
closure of an account. However, we appreciate that from time to time
misunderstandings can happen. If you wish, you can appeal our decision.
Just get in touch with us and let us know. You can do so by logging in to
your PayPal account at www.paypal.com and clicking 'Contact Us' at the
bottom of any PayPal page.
Your account balance during the account closure period: $2100.
This decision means we must oversee the appropriate movement of any money
currently in your account. A gradual approach to account closure allows us
to part ways, while considering any liabilities that may arise. Our aim is
to review any valid buyer claims lodged against you. We must allow enough
time for claims to be filed as these can take several months to be reported
and resolved.
It took me only a second to realise something, something I never even thought was possible. However I decided not to panic rather to work on convincing PayPal to release all the money which I'd earned last month.
So as per following my decision, I just kept searching for PayPal emails on which I can either send them a complaint email or any suggestion. However I found a huge list of email, so I started working on drafting an email, which is persuasive enough to convince them and force them to release my funds. Credits for this email and emails list goes to Randy "Wilson" Brown. So on August 20, 2014, I sent them the following email;
Send To: appeals@paypal.com
BCC: Email List (Provided in the end)
Subject: Re: Case PP-xx-yy-zz
Email Body: I am respectfully requesting that the hold on my funds/account be lifted. I am not necessarily requesting that my account be re-opened or allowed to continue to use the PayPal service, as I have already decided to move to your largest competitor and am no longer in need of PayPal’s services.

I have previously requested a review/appeal of my case which was denied. Although I still disagree with the decision to deny my appeal I will abide by it – however because I feel that holding my funds for 180 days for a non-fraudulent violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy is excessive, and perhaps a punitive abuse of power, I will be filing complaints with the following agencies on Friday morning, August 22, 2014 if I am not satisfied with PayPal’s response to this request to release my funds:

[agencies in the states that I reside or have a business presence in]
1. The California Office of the Attorney General
http://ag.ca.gov/contact/complaint_form.php?cmplt=CL
2. The Washington State Office of the Attorney General
https://fortress.wa.gov/atg/formhandler/ago/ComplaintForm.aspx
3. The Florida Office of the Attorney General
http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact
4. The United States Federal Reserve
http://www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov/complaintinfo.cfm?info=1
5. The Better Business Bureau:
https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/complaintlink.aspx

All complaints will be filed “online” by Friday morning August 22, 2014 and written copies will also be sent via certified postal mail.

I understand PayPal’s need to hold those account for security purpose; however a review of my account history for the last month will reveal that I didn’t break your rules or terms of services. I feel that any reasonable person would conclude that limiting my account is excessive and maybe viewed by some as punitive or as already stated, an unnecessary abuse of power and perhaps even contrary to the laws of some states. That being said I have no problem with. I just need you to let me withdraw my funds to a bank Account and then close my account, I feel that this is a fair resolution while still leaving PayPal with the means to limit my account again in future.

Please be aware that replying with the standard “this is part of the terms of service that you agreed to” will not satisfy my request, or deter me from filing my complaints with the agencies listed above on the morning of Friday August 22. It will be up to those agencies to determine if PayPal is operating within the law, abusing power, e.t.c. I am simply seeking a resolution that is fair and in the best interest of both parties.Thank you for your time again in looking into this matter.
Soon, after sending PayPal this email, I was expecting much but unfortunately, within 4 hours I received the following email from;
Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. My name is Jon and after reviewing your account due to the activity on the account we have taken the final action to part ways.
This decision means we must oversee the appropriate movement of any money currently in your account. A gradual approach to account closure allows us to part ways, while considering any liabilities that may arise. Our aim is to review any valid buyer claims lodged against you. We must allow enough time for claims to be filed as these can take several months to be reported and resolved.

How will the process work?
1. We’ll hold any money currently in your account in accordance with section 2 below. We do this because it provides sufficient time for most claims, such as chargebacks, to be filed by other parties. These claims can result in financial loss. If your account balance is below zero, you’ll have to settle the amount owing on your account to avoid further action.
2. Our first review at 30 days from the date of this email will calculate our exposure and we’ll release any excess funds to you at that time for withdrawal. We’ll communicate this to you at the time. This review can result in 3 different outcomes as detailed in sub-sections 2(1)-(3) below. We’ll always communicate the outcome of our reviews to you.
1. We’ll release your entire remaining balance to you for withdrawal. Please note that if you choose not to withdraw the money at that point we reserve the right to re-coup any money at the next review; or
2. We’ll release a part of your remaining balance to you. If this is the case we’ll inform you about how much money can be withdrawn. We’ll then conduct another review 30 days later that will repeat the process detailed under section 2; or
3. We won’t release any funds to you if we deem our exposure to be greater than or equal to your available balance.
Your account may be reviewed up to 5 times; at 30 day intervals until day 180 from the date of this email. If any money remains in your account at day 180 it will be made available for withdrawal at that point.

Accounts with a balance owing to PayPal:
If your account shows an amount owing to us, you must add funds to ensure that the balance returns to zero. Please note that we reserve the right to recover the amount by legal means.
A copy of our User Agreement can be found by clicking ‘Legal Agreements’ at the bottom of any PayPal page. Our right to close your PayPal account, and the retention of funds, are covered in our User Agreement under sections 10.2 and 10.3.
This was the point at which I lost hope, and suddenly an Idea clicked into my mind that was,"I'd not done anything wrong, I'd neither scammed nor ripped off anyone, I'd nothing to fear, so why shouldn't I fight against them, unless I become successful in". So  I drafted another email which was sent to PayPal on August 22, 2014, the email was;
Send To: appeals@paypal.com
BCC: Email List (Provided in the end)
Subject: Re: Case PP-xx-yy-zz
Email Body: Hello again,
I understand you need to do all those steps but the thing is that, my account's charge back rate is 0% and you are acting like you don't know anything, just let me know which payment do you think will be charged back? Lol I'd asked [Name of The Company I received payments from] to open a dispute and get the money out from my account and repay me somewhere else and they can't even open a dispute, and you're telling me that all those funds are on hold so if someone opens a dispute, you can send them back, using the funds in my account balance. I think so I need to file complaints because your funds holding stuff doesn't makes any sense unless if someone can open a dispute. P.s I'd received two payment from [Name of The Company I received payments from] last month as well.
If you think that someone's going to charge back other than [Name of The Company I received payments from] you can still lock $500 in my account for the charge back purpose, I'd never been filed with a dispute lately so why would I be filed with now, but still I am simply seeking a resolution that is fair and in the best interest of both parties and I'll be available if any of the charge backs are required which are greater than my account balance.

Companies I'll be filling a complain to:
1. The California Office of the Attorney General
http://ag.ca.gov/contact/complaint_form.php?cmplt=CL
2. The Washington State Office of the Attorney General
https://fortress.wa.gov/atg/formhandler/ago/ComplaintForm.aspx
3. The Florida Office of the Attorney General
http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact
4. The Arizona Office of the Attorney General
http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact

Additionally:

5. The United States Federal Reserve
http://www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov/complaintinfo.cfm?info=1
6. The Better Business Bureau:
https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/complaintlink.aspx

Thanks.
I'd sent the email, a day has been past and still not even a single email from PayPal was received and I thought that it's the end, now it's the time to file complaints but suddenly, while I was laying on the bed thinking of what to do, I received the and read the following email on my Android Device;
Dear Meesum Raza,
